Customers list

Use this area to manage your website customers.

We may name them "website users" or "users".

Page areas

  • Top line includes name of this area: Customers
  • The second line contains Access levels selector with checkboxes and other filters which allow you to show only specific data in listing and to search.

    Note:
    If you have not created any custom access level the Access level filter will NOT be shown

    Note:
    If you have not created any special price level the drop down for price levels will NOT be shown.

  • The last line (main content) is the place where you see listed your customers.

Filter data

Use the second line to filter data:

  • The first filter (left side) is the Access levels selector with checkboxes.
    It allows you to filter what type of users you wish to be shown in listing.
    By default, this filter is checked for Consumers only. If you check only one box will be shown only users who have assigned that access level.
    Example: if you wish to see only users that have assigned "Reseller access level" then make sure you check here only "Reseller" checkbox.

    Note:
    If you have not created any access level the Access level filter will NOT be shown.


  • The second filter is Military in case you have setup military users. You can filter to see your military users only, the no military users only or both categories of users.

  • The third filter is Resellers in case you have setup a reseller channel. You can filter to see your resellers only, the consumers only or all categories of users.

  • Filter listing by Price level. For example if you wish to be shown only users that have assigned Whole Sale price level just select from the first drop down box the Whole Sale price level.

  • Filter by Status. For example, if you want to see all your users that are disable select from the second drop down box Disabled option.

Search data

Enter into the search box what you are looking for and press Enter key or click on green magnifier icon.
System will look for your search in name (first & last) email address and company fields.

To clear search please click on white cross in red box (next to search box).


Listing area (main content)

Into this area you will find listed all your customers based on filters you applied or your search.

There are listed most relevant details of every customer so you will be able to quick identify it:

  • First name (it allows sort)
    If you click on customer first name, the View / edit customer window will open.
  • Last name (it allows sort)
    If you click on customer last name, the View / edit customer window will open.
  • Company (it allows sort)
    If you click on customer company name, the View / edit customer window will open.
  • Email address (it allows sort)
    If you click on customer email address, the View / edit customer window will open.
  • Code (it allows sort)
  • Price level, it will NOT be shown if you have not any special price level created
  • Access level, it will NOT be shown if you have not any custom access level created
  • Enabled, customer status
    The customer status can be changed directly from the customers listing by clicking on Yes / No switch.
    Yes means the customer is enabled, he / she can login to your website.
    No means the customer is disabled, he /she cannot login (cannot buy) to your website.
  • ID# (wp#), it is the website customer unique identifier and WordPress user unique identifier (for debug purposes)

You can sort listings ascending and descending for all fields that has headers in blue ("allow sort" notation above)
If you click once will sort Ascending, click again and will sort descending.

On the very right there is the Edit icon button. If you click on it you will get a new windows and all customer details will be shown.
You can change settings regarding with a customer, but you cannot change details that customer inputted into the system.

Show more & Show all buttons

By default the customer listing is filled with last ten customers (last entry - new customers in top of the list shown), you have two buttons at the bottom of the page to help you finding the customer you are looking for: the Show more & Show all buttons.
If you click on Show more button, another 10 customers are showing. Click this button again for another 10. Repeat as you need.
If you click on Show all button, all customers will be shown. In case you have many customers (hundreds or thousands), the list may be too long and may take a while to be displayed. You may be happier with the results of Show more button.
These buttons are not shown if there are less than 10 customers to be displayed.

When you click on Customers in left side menu, you will be taken in Customer list page.
Here are listed all your customers with their relevant information to make it easy for you to identify a particular customer.
This list will display the Access levels selector with checkboxes for each access level.

Under Customers list you will find all your customers. Here are shown most relevant details of your customer to easy identify them.
If you have not created any custom access level, the Customers list will not display the Access level filter.

In case you work with military users (customers), you will see the military users under the customers list. They will have a drop-down selector to filter the listing based on military and non-military users.
