Settings & layout - Account/login/register

Use area selector (top dropdown menu) to select it.

Account/login/register refers to email and messages customization when somebody register or create an account or login into your website. You may want to separate these kind of emails from others or you may delegate a person to follow them up. You can choose the email address where these emails are handled.
The customizations made in these area are applied on top (or overwrite, if applicable) of the standard emails templates of the system to add your personal touch to these templates.
The technical information and header and footer of the email (your company logos) are readily included in templates. (See Shop configuration -> Settings & layout -> Emails)

To setup or change a setting, click the Edit button in line with that setting. A pop-up window will open to allow you to input your data.
The window has as title Edit setting to let you know you are in edit zone. Also this window always points out the Area and the Name of the setting you are going to change. The main point of this window is to allow you to write your details in regards with current setting. This is the only editable field. Add or make here the changes you need.
The editable fields in this area are: text fields and text editor fields.
Click the Update button to make the change or click the Cancel button to abandon changes. The Update button and Cancel button will close the setting window and update the list accordingly.
The Close button has same result as Cancel has.


Email account - TO email address (website email)

The website send you as website owner an email anytime somebody creates an account.
In "TO email" you need to put the email address where you want to receive these create an account.
The editable field is text field.

To setup or change this setting, click the Edit button. Add or alter the input in pop-up window. Click the Update button to make the change and close the pop-up window or click the Cancel button to abandon changes.


Email account - Subject

The website send you as website owner an email anytime somebody creates an account.
In "Subject" you need to input the subject for the email you receive when somebody creates an account to know what is about this email (something should be written to be an valid email).
This subject appears only in subject line of the email sent to you.
The editable field is text field.

To setup or change this setting, click the Edit button. Add or alter the input in pop-up window. Click the Update button to make the change and close the pop-up window or click the Cancel button to abandon changes.


User account email - FROM email address

The website send an email to the user as well when he creates an account.
In "FROM email" you need to put the email address from where the email is sent to the user. Usually for such circumstances is used the no-reply@YourDomain.com(.au) to let the user know that this is automated answer and should not reply to that.
The editable field is text field.

To setup or change this setting, click the Edit button. Add or alter the input in pop-up window. Click the Update button to make the change and close the pop-up window or click the Cancel button to abandon changes.


User account contact - FROM name

The website send an welcome email to the user when he creates an account.
In "FROM name" you need to input the text you want to be associated with the From email (your company name).
It appears in line with the email address on top of email sent to user.
The editable field is text field.

To setup or change this setting, click the Edit button. Add or alter the input in pop-up window. Click the Update button to make the change and close the pop-up window or click the Cancel button to abandon changes.


Email account - login event text

Email account - register event text

To be checked if in use. It will be soon updated.


Email account - signature area

The website send an welcome email to the user when creates an account.
In "signature area" you input the text you want to appear at the bottom of the emails as form of email sign off.
It appears at the bottom of the email sent to user when he creates an account.

The input area for signature is a text editor to allow you to format the email sign off if applicable. You can write on more than one line.

To setup or change this setting, click the Edit button. Add or alter the input in pop-up window. Click the Update button to make the change and close the pop-up window or click the Cancel button to abandon changes.

NOTES
Fill the field with correct and complete information. The email addresses have to have the complete and corrected format.
