Settings & layout - Contact page

The whole Contact page is custom build based on information filled in this area.

To setup or change a setting, click the Edit button in line with that setting. A pop-up window will open to allow you to input your data.
The window has as title Edit setting to let you know you are in edit zone. Also this window always points out the Area and the Name of the setting you are going to change. The main point of this window is to allow you to write your details in regards with current setting. This is the only editable field. Add or make here the changes you need.
The editable fields in this area are: radio buttons, image uploader, text fields and text editor fields.
Click the Update button to make the change or click the Cancel button to abandon changes. The Update button and Cancel button will close the setting window and update the list accordingly.
The Close button (top right corner) has same result as Cancel has.


Submit data - use spam protection

It is about the blue button Click this button to prove you are a human being and not a robot at the bottom of the contact page to be clicked before submitting the contact form. After the user click the bottom button, it will change in a darker blue Now click to submit your message. The two step submission of the contact form is the spam protection method implemented for this system (the newest way, alternative to classical captcha code). This protection is against the robots attracts on contact forms.

The current setting is the switch to use or not spam protection on Contact page.

The editable field is based on radio buttons control.
If checked Yes button means that you enable the spam protection on Contact page.
If checked No button means that you do not want the spam protection on Contact page.

The edit window will close automatically after you choose your answer. In case you did a mistake, edit again and choose the correct answer. The setting will be updated automatically.


Email contact - TO email address (website email)

In "TO email address" you need to write the email where you want to receive the messages sent via Contact page. It is your company email.
Only one email address can be added to this setting at this moment.

The input area for signature is a text field.

To setup or change this setting, click the Edit button. Add or alter the input in pop-up window. Click the Update button to make the change and close the pop-up window or click the Cancel button to abandon changes.


Contact page - show google map

The system includes the map for direction to your company office. This switch is about showing or not the map.

The editable field is based on radio buttons control.
If checked Yes button means that the map is shown.
If checked No button means that the Contact page does not have the map. These setting is suitable for businesses which do not want to disclose their office address.

The edit window will close automatically after you choose your answer. In case you did a mistake, edit again and choose the correct answer. The setting will be updated automatically.


Contact map locator icon (recommended 40px x 70px)

This setting is about marking your office address on the map with your company logo.

The recommended sizes for these image is 40px X 70px.

In case you do not upload your company logo for point mark on map, an standard red point mark will be displayed.

The editable field for current setting is an image uploader. (learn how to use the image uploader)
To setup or change this setting, click the Edit button. Add or alter the input in pop-up window. Click the Update button to make the change and close the pop-up window or click the Cancel button to abandon changes.


Contact page text

Here you input your company details to appear in contact page at the right of the map (above the contact form).

The input area for signature is a text editor to allow you to format the email sign off if applicable. You can write on more than one line.

Contact page above form

This setting is about personalize your contact page and giving your website users instructions on how to fill the form to be considered.
This setting is optional.

Email contact - ending line

When somebody uses your contact form, an email is coming to you and a copy is sent to him.
The "ending line" is a customization of the email receive by the user.
It appears only on the email sent to the user.

The customizations made in this area are applied on top of the standard emails templates of the system to add your personal touch.

Email contact - signature area

When a user uses your contact form, an email is coming to you and a copy is sent to him.
In "signature area" you input the text you want to appear at the bottom of the email received by user as form of email sign off.
The "signature area" text is located on the bottom of the automated emails received as result of sending an email through contact form.
